Around SA 12/11: Why all the hate?

Being black and being in San Antonio seem like oil and vinegar. Go online (BlackVoices, CityData, etc.) and you’ll hear more negative comments than positive: black people (apparently) hate San Antonio. Talk to people in person, you get a better mix. Among the biggest complaints against San Antonio are this:

Clear WiMAX: Mobile greatness?

My brother is a sales rep for Clearwire Corp selling the Clear Mobile and Home Internet service. After an easy sell, he got me to buy the mobile internet (home internet seems to have rather poor speeds, so it’s not reliable) service. I tried it out, both here in San Antonio, and in Frisco, TX, and I even let some friends try out the service. We were pretty impressed, but had noticed a few flaws.
